a must-visit. But it’s the enthusiasm, expertise and exceptional
attention to detail that separates us from the rest.
We’re here to help people discover the best, locally sourced food. And
we want to help to educate our customers, as many of them haven’t
experienced a traditional butcher’s before.
Teaming the best farm-assured cuts of meat with perfectly paired wines
(including some hard-to-find types from smaller independent vineyards),
ready-made treats such as Lancashire Hotpots, and tangy cheeses from our
supplier in Ramsbottom, the Butcher’s Quarter has done all the hard
